Now that he has to share me with his brother, I make a point to continue our one-on-one time! This is a glimpse into my mornings with Micah after Eli has gone down for a nap. We play. We pretend.
Taken around 8am with natural light peeking through the blinds. Shot with 50mm 1/100 @ f/1.8, ISO 1600. Micah photographed with his Z-bot tin robot, Hot Wheels car, robot pillow and Cheerios (no milk, just the way he likes them)!

With spring mini sessions just around the corner, I thought I would post a couple of what to wear guides to help families coordinate outfits. First, be sure to choose an outfit that you feel comfortable wearing. The same goes for your children’s outfits. If you or your family members do not feel comfortable, it will show in your photographs. Second, choose outfits from a color palette that work well together. “Matchy matchy” is not a good idea as it tends to look more like a uniform instead of an outfit. And third, wear something that shows off your personality! Everyone has their own unique style, coordinate outfits within the color palette to show off your individuality.

A special thanks to Corina Nielsen for creating these fabulous guides!
